What is the course about?

Learning the fundamentals of using artificial intelligence (AI) tools in a variety of different settings and user scenarios.

Why should I choose the course?

To be able to understand and enhance your computer network, for example:

  • Home users wanting better control over their network.
  • Parents looking to restrict inappropriate content.
  • Small business owners managing a home office network.

What will I learn?

The course will demonstrate the potential of AI.

 You will learn:

  • What is AI? Foundations and Real-World Applications.
  • How AI Works – Key Concepts and Tools
  • Using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • AI Ethics, Bias, and Responsible Use
  • Hands-On AI Projects and a look at Future Trends

 

The tutor will informally assess you, and you will also self-assess your weekly progress.

We have a team of staff dedicated to providing learning support if required, as well as a Welfare Team that is on hand to offer guidance, support and help when needed. Additionally, eligible students can access a wide range of finance and funding support to help them during their time at college.
