Educator Excellence Network

The Educator Excellence Network has been created for teachers and careers advisors at our key partnership schools who want to strengthen links with our college and work collaboratively to support young people’s education, progression and future career choices. By bringing together secondary schools, expert tutors and careers professionals, the network enables the sharing of knowledge, insight and expertise to benefit both staff and students.

NEW: Education Excellence Programme

When choosing a career pathway, young people can often feel overwhelmed and unsure about their options or how to achieve their long-term goals. Teachers and careers advisers play a vital role in supporting these decisions, yet many may not feel fully equipped to provide this guidance.

To address common challenges faced by teachers and careers advisers, including limited opportunities for industry updating, keeping pace with labour market information (LMI), and evolving career pathways, we warmly invite you to attend our upcoming sessions.

Designed by our expert tutors and award-winning Careers Team, and informed by the most up-to-date LMI, these sessions directly support the delivery of the Gatsby Benchmarks, particularly around linking curriculum learning to careers, encounters with further and higher education, and meaningful employer engagement. They will help you build knowledge around careers, progression routes and post-16/post-18 options, while sharing valuable industry insight and employer collaboration opportunities.
