Learning Facilitator

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint two part time, 0.8 FTE, term time only, fixed term Learning Facilitators to support in the classroom and offer study skills outside of the classroom to small groups or individuals to ensure each learner reaches their full potential. The post holders will need to be pro-active, flexible and dynamic in responding to individuals or groups of students as required. Current working days for these posts will be Monday – Thursday.

Suitable candidates should have 5 GCSEs grade 4 or above, or equivalent, including Maths and English, and a Level 3 qualification. Candidates should hold, or be willing to work towards, relevant professional qualifications. Experience of team working, the ability to support students in a learning situation, providing pastoral support and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
