Meet our students

Sarah Hall, current science studentSarah Hall chose our applied science course because of the amazing facilities and the free college bus to our Warrington campus. Sarah hopes to study Zoology at university and has received offers from the University of Chester, Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Salford.

“If you’re thinking of coming to Warrington & Vale Royal College, don’t be afraid to ask questions if you have concerns. The Learner Services team are really friendly and offer appointments before your first day to help put a support plan in place weeks before you start.”

Meet our alumni

Most of our applied science students progress on to university to study fascinating subjects such as Forensic Science, Zoology, Chemistry and Biochemistry. Previous students have even progressed straight into employment to work in the nuclear sector.
