Hospitality & Catering

Our hospitality & catering courses will give you the skills  you need to pursue a promising career in the industry.

You will learn from chefs who have a wealth of experience, working in the hospitality and catering sector. Our in house kitchen and restaurant, Buckley’s, is where you will receive industry standard training, creating dishes for customers who dine with us. This along with the opportunity to take part in competitions and catering for college events, will give you fantastic, practical experience to add to your CV.


We support our learners with highly experienced chefs who have a Michelin star & AA Rosette training. Our tutors have worked in some of the finest restaurants in this country including some who have travelled to Noma in Copenhagen to train in one of the world’s best restaurants!

You can look forward to culinary trips such as Dublin, Greece, Barcelona & Malta to name a few.

Student Success

Russell Wood won many awards during his time at the college, including the Worshipful Company of Cooks Cherry Grainger Prize, City & Guilds Medal of Excellence Award and Further Education Student of the Year. He is now working full time Manchester House restaurant.
