Learner induction survey results success

Every new student at Warrington & Vale Royal College has recently been invited to complete our Learner Induction survey. The results gathered give vital information about student satisfaction, with focus on how new learners have settled into life at college. The results help determine how we can support new students during this challenging time and enables us to continuously improve our college offering.

This year’s results show an overwhelmingly positive reaction to the college’s services and policies. We are proud to be able to announce some of the fantastic results listed below:

  • 99% of respondents knew they had to wear an ID badge and why
  • 100% of respondents knew about COVID 19 health and safety measures
  • 99% of respondents knew their timetable and where they should be in college
  • 95%of respondents knew who to speak to if they weren’t on the right course
  • 96% of respondents agreed they were aware of support available to help on their course
  • 98% of respondents knew who to talk to if they had a problem
  • 93% agreed they had made a new friend at college
  • 100% of respondents agreed they knew of college expectations

These results are a testament to the hard work of the staff who have ensured all new learners settle in well at college despite this challenging time, and can continue their lessons in a safe and supported environment. Well done to everyone involved!
