Talented Graphics students showcase designs to LGBTQ+ Society

Winsford campus' Level 3 Graphic Design students showcased their designs for a prejudice campaign. The students reflected upon the types of prejudice they themselves have experienced or witnessed. They created A3 posters, flyers and button badges.

Student Victoria Edmond's design was created to raise trans awareness and illustrates the need for acceptance. Victoria said: "I have friends in America who are treated horribly due to being trans. I feel transphobia is more of a problem now than it was before and I want to bring it into light so that we can prevent it. People need to be accepted for who they are now instead of who they once were."

Victoria proudly presented her designs at the college‚ LGBTQ+ Society meeting, she added: "By talking about my design to other people I am able to raise awareness of the problem. It‚ great to see so many people appreciate it."
